13 year old, left breast hurts/itchy... ?

last night, my left breast was a bit itchy. i woke up itching it and it has a "v" shape scratch on my sternum (on the skin covering it). Now, my breast is hurting a little bit. I'm so worried? Can anyone tell me what this could be. Thanks so much.
