Which is more powerful? the one or twohanded backhand in tennis?

Personally, I can hit a two-handed backhand harder than a forehand, over 100 mph. I am left-handed but grew up golfing right-handed, so the rotation off my right side is excellent. The advantage of one handed is greater reach, and balls knee high and up to about about sternum level are easy to hit hard. After that the double handed backhand is better for higher bouncing balls, but 1/2 step is lost in reach. Two exercises for improving backhand rotation are throwing baseball underhanded and swinging a baseball bat off the opposite side. Which is best for you and why?
