I think i bruised my sternum what can i do whith out going to doc?

Nothing... you really need to see a doctor... If your doctor is really nice and caring like mine, I usually call for things like this, like when i broke my toe, I just called him and asked what to do, and i didnt waste all of that money going to the doctor... Try that!
