Red and dry around piercing?

Stop using the anti-bac soap. Soap dries piercings and is just not good to use on them. That's why they tell you to do the sea salt soaks. Also cut down on the soaks. I actually haven't done any soaks on my spetum and it's healed fine. However if you feel you need them try once a day. It should help.
