I get a little woozy?

When i have sex with my boyfriend, i feel a little woozy when he gets inside of me. The other day, he told me that i almost passed out, and i am not really trusting him. When i went to the doctor, he said that i was suffering from a bruised rib next to my sternum, and that some sort of penetration or rape occurred. During the time i passed out, i think that i might have been raped by my boyfriend. Any advice on how to approach him. I am 18, 5'5", and 120 lb. Should i confront him aggressively?
