AM I DOING THIS RIGHT GUYS?

I am 13 years old, i started working out in november. i do a full body routine in an hour and cardio from sports.i do a workout once or twice a week, sometimes i go a week and 2 days without it. its about an hour. i hadnt been seeing too many results, my sternum still sticks out a little and my belly has abs when i flex but otherwise its a little toned and my amrs arent really ripped. i hadnt been drinking protein or consuming it after working out until 2 months ago. will i start to see a difference in using muscle milk or when i get older and frther into puberty will i get bigger nautrally too. i dont even have pit hair yet
