Why wont my vagina stop bleeding?

its been bleeding for like three weeks but i just started keeping track a week ago. it's completely non-stop, even when im sleeping. i've been getting nauseous and my sternum starts hurting every now and then and i keep getting really hot randomly. i know it's not my period because mine are usually really short and light. im not on birth control or anything. what could it be?
