I Have a Pain Around My Sternum?

Yesterday I got very bad menstrual cramps. I threw up as soon as i took two bites of an egg. I tried to take two pills, but threw those up with the two crackers i ate. I threw up every 15 minutes or so for an hour. Every time i threw up, it hurt, a lot under my sternum. I stopped throwing up and i never felt pain again. Its now the next day and i feel like there is air under it or something. Im not sure but my mother was worried and so now im worried. Also, the very bottom tip of my sternum feels a little bruised. Does that sound like it could be anything? Thanks :)
