What is this dull achy pain in my chest?

I have had a dull achy pain in the center of my chest like a 1/2 inch to the left from my sternum (near my heart ) and it only hurt when i would stretch, i have had it for about a month now, but then this morning the dull achy pain moved into like the upper left part of my heart (like 1 inch from my armpit area) and all day today I have been a little trouble breathing (not major trouble just a little)... any idea what this could be associated with, My doctor cannot see me until monday morning... also I am 32 years old, I have a healthy weight and I do not smoke drink or do any types of drugs!!!!
