I was recently in a bad car accident and a few ribs are broken and my sternum is cracked. I have been resting for about two weeks from it and even though i still have a lot of pain i do not want to lay around and gain weight. Are there any exercises that are okay for my body and will not damage it further? i can deal with the pain of the exercises but i dont want to slow down the healing or anything like that. Help? :)
