Can you pull your abs?
I was playing the wii fit the other night and I did the stepping for a half hour, jogging for a half hour, 30 jackknives(like a v-formation sit-up), and then I did hula hoops and soccer for a while. I can't even remember the last time I worked out so I probably pushed myself too hard(I have a very low exercise "tolerance" if you will). My stomach really hurts now like whenever I stand up or sit down or walking or sitting or anything. It doesn't hurt when I breathe in really deep. It's mostly between my ribs around the bottom of my sternum. It hurts when I press on it. If my abs are pulled how can I help them not hurt as much? I played the wii fit like two nights ago.
