Choir teacher steps down over no touching policy?

While I don't know the specifics he sounds innocent of anything wrong. Unfortuntly there are creeps in this world and it has caused a scandel to the Church and unfortuntly has lead Churches to be protective and sometimes overprotective of the Youth.
