Extreme abdominal pain! help!?

So I am a 22 year old female and today I have had the worst pain between my navel & sternum. I have threw up 2 times in the past 24 hours & have had a fever & cold with lots of sneezing & coughing. Idk if that could have anything to do with the pain or not. But its the worst abdmonial pain I have ever experienced & the doctors offices are not open on weekends so I was wondering if anyone has ever had these symptoms before & what it got diagnosed as & what can help. It feels as if someone is squeezing in the area. Also having hot flashes. Please help I can't take this pain anymore. Thanks
