How long will it take for my hair to grow back?

So I just got this haircut, and I liked it at first but I'm not a huge fan of it anymore. It's REALLY short. All I want is for my hair to grow back. I really don't want to have to wait CENTURIES to have long hair, or at least shoulder length. Is there anyway POSSIBLE for my hair to grow say about a few inches per month? I know that people keep saying that there's no "magic product" to make it grow faster, but come on, there has to be SOMETHING out there. All I want is my hair back so that I can feel like a lady again, please help me.
