I had the weirdest dream, what does it mean? ?

Ok don't judge or insult but do all dreams have a meaning ? I recently had a dream that I was getting an xray in the chest for some reason, but the xray was different. Like the procedure was like the one used at airports to scan bags but in this case my chest . Ok so did they did the xray and I noticed more than 3 doctors starting gathering and looking at me like I was in trouble . They asked me to come and look at my xray myself. When I came to look I literally wanted to die, my chest cavity had no sternum!! Instead the middle was a hole like bones shapped into a diamond shaped figure and my ribs were fused together like two big shields . That just freaked me out
