Is it Dyslexia if numbers switch around?

so i have NEVER had dyslexia, but over the last few weeks i have been switching phone numbers and SKU numbers when i go to type them into the computer, the SKU at things remembered are only 4-6 numbers long, im confused, is that dyslexia or something else? so far i am not having problems with words or letters. and can stress cause it, im 27 female, started back at my old job that i had been fired from 5 months earlier and got called back by the new manager and immediately offered the assistant manager job, and my husband got his better job and we just got 2 young cats, we are looking into moving and talking about having a baby, can stress cause it? or can you develop this as an adult.
