Microdermal sternum piercing? ?

I have my lip, tragus, and tongue pierced. I want to get two sternum microdermals but im worring if it will hurt and how it feels once its different then having needle stuck through some flesh. So anyone have this done? I asked the guy who does my piercing and he said it doesn't hurt but he has a ton of piercing so I figured i'd ask you guys. Thanks for the help :)
