My son has major forehead pressure. He has had x-rays, ct scans, no one can find a problem.?

Nothing is found to be wrong. He is taking blood pressure meds, antidepressants, xanax and pain relievers. Still no relief. The pressure is not as pronounced when he is sitting or at rest. If he walks around or does other physical work, the pressure is worse. He has no trouble with his vision. The pressure started about a week ago. He has had stomach distress and recently sternum pain. Still the doctors can find nothing wrong. What is our next step?
