Painful stabbing pain?

Ok so I've been sick for a day and a bit, it feels like the flu, sore throat, sore muscles dizzy etc. today isn't so bad but I woke up this morning, from sleeping on my stomach which I usually do. And I have a few specific stabbing pain. So at the part where your ribs split, not your sternum but like right under your boobs in the middle. About one finger width to MY left and two - three ribs down. It's like my rib has taken a knife and and started stabbing whatever there. What organ is there, is it... normal. Well I know it's not normal, but should I call my mom, The pain isn't to bad and it fades but like, WTF is it??
