Why is my Starcraft 2 so zoomed in when I play?

You see your mouse there? Its the one where you move your hand with. In the middle of the Right and Left clickers, there is this moving thing that you always use to scroll down. Well, in Starcraft 2, Make it scroll up to zoom in. Make it scroll down to Zoom out.
