Does the BODY MAGIC reshape my love handles?

hi i was thinking off buying the BODY MAGIC , but i wanted to no if anyone has used it, and if it reshapes your love handles as i have really bad ones, i weigh 83kg, but most off my fat i want to lose is in my tummy, when will i see results also what size would i be, im from sydney australia
